The non-governmental organization «Narodna Mriya» was established on the basis of the charitable foundation "DoMrii" with the aim of expanding opportunities to provide assistance to the military and everyone who has suffered from russian aggression since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
In our activities, we combine requests from military personnel and citizens who live in front-line and de-occupied territories or were forced to leave their homes due to enemy attack.

Oleg Sarkits – born in Donbas, who built a successful career and business in Europe, but returned to Kyiv before the full-scale Russian invasion. He worked purposefully to attract foreign investment to Ukraine.
After the large-scale invasion, he joined the volunteer formation No. 24 «Livyi Bereh» of the 112th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade, Kyiv. In addition, he co-founded the «DoMrii» Charity Foundation and founded the «Fearless» project, designed to meet the needs of individual units of the Ukrainian Military District and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As part of his volunteer activities, he systematically delivers material assistance to the front lines together with his team.
Oleg Sarkits is one of the founders of the charitable project «Volodari Neba» - an initiative to raise funds for the production of FPV drones for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This involves the production of high-quality drones based on Ukrainian companies, at the cost of components. Since the beginning of the charitable project and until October 2024, more than 53 million UAH in aid has been collected, and more than 200 tons of humanitarian aid have been sent.
